Initial Comprehensive Consultation
$299 | 60 Minutes
Your initial consultation is designed to go beyond a single symptom or lab value.
Depending on your goals and concerns, your visit may include:

Comprehensive health and wellness history

Review of current medications and supplements

Discussion of nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, and exercise

Review of relevant laboratory or diagnostic information

Hormone, metabolic, and/or wellness assessment when appropriate

Personalized recommendations and next steps

Development of an individualized care plan
Additional laboratory testing, genetic testing, imaging, medications, supplements, and services provided by outside organizations are not included in the consultation fee unless specifically stated.
Follow-Up Consultation
$199 | Established Patients
Follow-up consultations are available to established healthcare à la carte patients and are used to evaluate your progress, review results, and refine your individualized care plan.
Depending on your needs, follow-up care may include:

Review of symptoms and response to treatment

Review of laboratory or testing results

Medication or supplement review
-
Adjustments to your care plan
-
Additional recommendations related to nutrition, lifestyle, hormones, metabolic health, or prevention
What Your Fee Includes
Your consultation fee covers my professional time, clinical assessment, medical decision-making, and individualized recommendations provided during the visit.
It does not automatically include:

Genetic testing

Prescription medications

Supplements
-
Imaging
-
Services provided by another healthcare professional or organization
When additional services or products are recommended, you will be informed of the associated cost whenever reasonably possible before proceeding.
Insurance & Payment:
healthcare à la carte is a cash-pay concierge practice and does not bill health insurance for services.
Payment is due at the time of service.
Because insurance plans differ, you may wish to contact your insurance company regarding whether your plan provides any out-of-network reimbursement for services received from a cash-pay provider.
