our mission to you:
Personalized care. Thoughtful testing. Sustainable results.
healthcare à la carte means care tailored to your needs—not a predetermined membership or treatment schedule. Your care may be simple and focused or more comprehensive and ongoing, depending on what your health requires. Recommendations are guided by clinical assessment, evidence, and your response to treatment—not trends or one-size-fits-all protocols.

Welcome to healthcare à la carte!
I’m Sarah, a Nurse Practitioner focused on helping patients make sense of complex health concerns through thoughtful, individualized care.
My clinical background includes functional and integrative medicine, where I learned the value of looking beyond isolated symptoms to understand how health history, physiology, and lifestyle intersect. I bring that perspective into my practice with a focus on clinical assessment, thoughtful prioritization, and clear next steps.
How Care Works:
Care begins with a comprehensive consultation. We review your health history, symptoms, previous lab work, current health concerns, and goals to develop a complete clinical picture. From there, I determine the most appropriate next steps for evaluation and treatment.
Additional testing is recommended selectively and only when it is likely to provide meaningful clinical information or change the treatment plan. This may include standard laboratory testing, hormone evaluation, or more advanced testing when clinically indicated.
You do not need to know which tests you need before you come in—that is part of my role in your care.
My Approach:
Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms or single lab values, I look at how your systems are functioning together and consider the factors that may be contributing to your health concerns.
Depending on your individual needs, your care plan may include:
• Lifestyle and nutrition strategies tailored to your physiology and daily life
• Targeted supplementation when appropriate
• Medications when clinically indicated
• Stepwise adjustments guided by your clinical response
Care is structured, intentional, and individualized—not based on trends or one-size-fits-all protocols.
What You Can Expect:
Sustainable change takes time. We move through care in a structured, stepwise way so that progress is measurable, intentional, and manageable.
My role is to help you make sense of your health, identify what deserves attention, and guide you toward a clear, realistic plan for long-term improvement.
Care At Your Pace:
Not every patient needs ongoing care, and not every patient needs the same frequency of follow-up. Some therapies, such as hormone or thyroid management, require regular monitoring and adjustment. In other cases, once we identify the right strategy and your health is stable, you may reach a point where little or no ongoing management is needed.
We won't know what your care will look like—or how long you'll need it—until we've evaluated you and understand your individual situation. There is no predetermined number of visits, membership commitment, or timeline. We start where you are, determine what you need, and adjust from there.
The goal isn't to keep you in care indefinitely. The goal is to give you the care you need, for as long as you need it.
Thoughtful care. Clinical guidance. Your health, à la carte 🤍
